Below is a shortened list of the products I used, along with possible substitutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Butter<\/strong> \u2013 I used extra butter with 82% fat; you can optionally replace it with plant-based butter or oil (in that case, don\u2019t heat it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instant coffee<\/strong> \u2013 I used granulated instant <a href=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/en\/skladniki\/coffee\/\">coffee<\/a>, which didn\u2019t fully dissolve when blended with the butter, but instead created cute little speckles in the cookies. It actually looked really nice, so if you have this type of coffee, go ahead and use it and don\u2019t worry if it doesn\u2019t dissolve completely. You can, of course, also use instant coffee powder. Do you have flavored instant coffee? It has a light brown color with tiny dark brown specks. Browning the butter gives it a slightly nutty flavor and aroma, which really boosts the flavor of your coffee cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re short on time (though it doesn\u2019t take long!), you can just melt the butter.
