For some time now, I&#8217;ve been paying more attention to the amount of protein I consume, and cottage cheese allows me to increase its quantity in my daily diet. And as you can probably guess, when you eat something every day, it eventually gets boring. That&#8217;s why I&#8217;m looking for new uses and new ways to prepare something with cottage cheese so I don&#8217;t get tired of it. Some time ago, I came across a reel on Facebook from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/reel\/1179542710526751\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ketowariatki<\/a> with just such a cottage cheese cheesecake, and I really liked the idea. I slightly adapted the recipe for myself, made the cheesecakes, and also served them to my husband. He absolutely can&#8217;t stand cottage cheese, but in this form, he ate it and said it was tasty! Fruits are a vitamin bomb that only further enhances the nutritional value of this dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t want to waste the remaining jelly, dissolve the remaining powder in about 200ml of hot water and let it cool.
