I think it&#8217;s an <strong>ideal idea for an Easter babka<\/strong>, but also for a weekend cake with coffee. Below I provide a condensed list of products, as well as possible substitutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>red food coloring<\/strong> &#8211; this is the base and one of the most important ingredients, without which you will not achieve that rich red hue of the cake. Gel food coloring works best here, as it doesn&#8217;t affect the consistency of the batter and is the most potent. Therefore, do not reduce the amount of fat added to the cake. If you prefer very sweet cakes, you can add an extra 100g of sugar to the cake preparation, which I omitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, remember that after mixing the fats with sugar and eggs, all subsequent ingredients should be mixed briefly on low speed, only until combined.
