Below is a shortened list of products I used and possible substitutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ricotta<\/strong> &#8211; this is a delicious, light Italian cheese, you can easily buy it in every Lidl or Biedronka, as well as in large supermarkets. However, if you absolutely cannot get it, you can use a lighter, more moist cheesecake curd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Greek yogurt<\/strong> &#8211; I used full-fat, but you can also use light yogurt. If you don&#8217;t have Greek yogurt, you can substitute it with natural skyr or thick (not watery) natural yogurt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>chia<\/strong> &#8211; chia seeds, or Spanish sage seeds, are small, edible seeds originating mainly from Mexico, valued as a &#8220;superfood&#8221;. They are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, and minerals.
