It stores well and stays fresh for several days. Below is a condensed list of products I used and possible substitutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>wheat flour<\/strong> &#8211; the best here is so-called bread flour, i.e., type 650 or 720. Type 650 flour can be easily bought, for example, at Lidl or Biedronka. You can also replace part of the flour with whole wheat flour, or use oat flour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>yeast<\/strong> &#8211; I used fresh yeast here, which I dissolved in a small amount of lukewarm water; you can also use dried instant yeast &#8211; use a 7g packet &#8211; you don&#8217;t need to dissolve it in water, just pour it directly into the flour and mix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>honey<\/strong> &#8211; if you don&#8217;t have honey, use regular sugar instead, or, for example, agave syrup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>oat flakes<\/strong> &#8211; it&#8217;s best to use rolled oats or regular oats, but not instant. A Dutch oven is made of special clay and consists of two parts &#8211; the main pot and the lid. Before baking in the pot, you must first soak both parts in water. I place it in a plugged sink and pour water in. I leave the pot like that for at least 15 minutes so that the water soaks into the pot. During baking, this water will evaporate and give the bread a perfectly crispy crust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your pot is soaked, transfer the risen bread into it and cover with the lid. Give it at least 20 minutes to cool down, and then you can slice it.
