dinner and cooked way too much rice. I don&#8217;t like to waste food, so I wondered how to use it. I asked on my Facebook what to do with such extra rice and a good discussion ensued :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I received a lot of advice &#8211; starting from preparing more cabbage rolls, through various rice salads to <a href=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/ryz-zapiekany-z-jablkiem\/\">baked rice with apples and cinnamon<\/a>. Thank you very much for all the comments, advice and recipes :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My daughter used some of the rice as instructed and fried it with spices in a pan, and I decided to use the rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And since I like sweet dishes, I was figuring out how to use rice in a sweet way. You can use rice flour, but use less of it at first, as it absorbs liquids more. Also use gluten-free baking powder, or use about half a teaspoon of baking soda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For sweetness and flavor, I added two tablespoons of vanilla sugar to the batter, you can also add a little ground cinnamon. I think cinnamon is good with everything :)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I recommend frying the pancakes on a non-stick pan lightly greased with fat &#8211; fry them for about 1-2 minutes, then flip them to the other side and fry for a little longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pancakes are not very fluffy, but rather flatter. If you want them to be fluffier, separate the yolk from the egg white and whisk the egg white until stiff.
