Yes, that&#8217;s right &#8211; tea in milk. I boiled milk together with black tea in bags. Thanks to it, the milk gained a nice flavor and additionally acquired a caramel color. After adding the milk to the batter, it also gained a nice color and taste. The <strong>tea cake<\/strong> after baking is soft, fluffy, and springy. Perfect as an accompaniment to tea or coffee. I&#8217;m thinking it might taste interesting with other types of tea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maybe next time I&#8217;ll bake my<strong> tea bundt cake<\/strong> with the addition of fruity raspberry tea. It should be slightly pink and fruity in taste.
