{"id":17296,"count":20,"description":"<img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-40510\" src=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Domowe-ciasta-2021-04-01T114619.337.jpg\" alt=\"m\u0105ka pszenna\" width=\"1500\" height=\"750\" \/>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h1>\n\n\nWheat Flour - Recipes for Everyone!\nFlour is obtained from milling purified wheat grains.\n\nWe distinguish several types of wheat flour:\n\n \ttype 450 - cake flour - used for baking cakes - especially delicate sponges\n \ttype 500 - coarse-grained flour (krupczatka)\n \ttype 550 - luxury flour\n \ttype 650\n \ttype 750 - bread flour - for baking wheat and mixed bread\n \ttype 1400 - sieved flour - for baking bread and rolls\n \ttype 1850 - graham flour - from whole grain milling\n \ttype 2000 - wholemeal flour from whole grain milling\n\nFlour is essential in my kitchen.\n\nI bake <a href=\"http:\/\/dev.wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/przepisy\/pieczywo\/chleb\/\">breads<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/dev.wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/przepisy\/pieczywo\/bulki\/\">rolls<\/a> with it, but most of all, all kinds of cakes.\n\nFortunately, I don't have a gluten problem and don't have to give up wheat flour in my <a href=\"http:\/\/dev.wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/przepisy\/ciasta\/\">cakes<\/a>.\n\nFor people on a gluten-free diet, I can recommend wheat flour substitutes - <a href=\"http:\/\/dev.wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/maka-gryczana\/\">buckwheat flour<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/dev.wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/maka-jaglana\/\">millet flour<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/dev.wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/maka-ziemniaczana\/\">potato flour<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/dev.wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/maka-kukurydziana\/\">corn flour<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/dev.wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/maka-ryzowa\/\">rice flour<\/a>, amaranth flour, <a href=\"http:\/\/dev.wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/maka-kokosowa\/\">coconut flour<\/a>, or <a href=\"http:\/\/dev.wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/migdaly\/\">almond flour<\/a>.
