She enjoys coconut ice cream, coconut cakes, and adores curry made with coconut milk :)\n\nA long time ago, we only had access to coconut flakes, which were mostly used as decoration. Do you remember all those cakes, brownies, and cheesecakes topped with chocolate glaze and coconut flakes?\n\nI still like sprinkling some flakes on top of a cake \u2013 probably out of nostalgia :)\n\nBut more often, I use coconut as an ingredient in cakes and dishes.\n\nCoconut isn\u2019t just about flakes.\n\nIt also includes coconut milk and cream (usually sold in cans), coconut flour (delicious but very finicky), and coconut sugar (with a rich, slightly caramel-like flavor).\n\nAnd let\u2019s not forget coconut oil \u2013 preferably unrefined. Coconut oil is very healthy and can replace other fats in cakes and dishes.\n\nCoconut products are often used in various diets because they are gluten-free, vegan, and, above all, healthy.\n\nIt\u2019s worth including them in your daily diet.
