Chicken Recipes<\/h1>\nI have to admit, chicken meat appears on our table most often. \n\nAlthough when I read about how these birds are raised and what is done with their meat afterwards, it makes my hair stand on end.\n\nHowever, my children don\u2019t really like dark meat. They prefer the breasts, and that\u2019s it.\n\nWell, they might make an exception for ground meat served with pasta or in lasagna.\n\nThat\u2019s why I\u2019m always figuring out how to prepare chicken so it\u2019s not monotonous but still delicious.\n\nOn top of that, it\u2019s best if cooking is quick \u2013 nowadays we\u2019re always short on time.\n\n

Roasted, Fried, and Boiled Chicken<\/h2>\nI pound, bread, dip in batter, fry, stew, and bake. \n\nIn a traditional style (everyone knows chicken schnitzel, right? :D), Italian, or Chinese. And for some time now, I\u2019ve also been inspired by Indian cuisine \u2013 we\u2019ve fallen in love with aromatic curries.\n\nI bake the chicken whole or in parts.\n\nRecently, I\u2019ve been testing a spice mix for chicken a\u2019la KFC \u2013 my son devours it ;)\n\nHow do you prepare chicken for dinner?
