{"id":17423,"count":73,"description":"<img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-40510\" src=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Domowe-ciasta-2021-04-01T114619.337.jpg\" alt=\"m\u0105ka pszenna\" width=\"1500\" height=\"750\" \/>\n\n<hr \/>\n<h1>Wheat Flour - Recipes for Everyone!<\/h1>\nFlour is obtained by milling cleaned wheat grains.\n\nThere are several types of wheat flour:\n\n<ul>\n    <li>Type 450 - cake flour - used for baking cakes, especially delicate sponge cakes<\/li>\n    <li>Type 500 - all-purpose flour<\/li>\n    <li>Type 550 - premium flour<\/li>\n    <li>Type 650<\/li>\n    <li>Type 750 - bread flour - for baking wheat and mixed bread<\/li>\n    <li>Type 1400 - sifted flour - for baking bread and rolls<\/li>\n    <li>Type 1850 - graham flour - made from whole grain<\/li>\n    <li>Type 2000 - wholemeal flour from whole grain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nFlour is essential in my kitchen.\n\nI bake <a href=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/przepisy\/pieczywo\/chleb\/\">breads<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/przepisy\/pieczywo\/bulki\/\">rolls<\/a> with it, but most importantly all kinds of cakes.\n\nFortunately, I have no gluten issues, so I don\u2019t have to give up wheat flour in my <a href=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/przepisy\/ciasta\/\">cakes<\/a>.\n\nFor those on a gluten-free diet, I recommend substitutes for wheat flour - <a href=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/maka-gryczana\/\">buckwheat flour<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/maka-jaglana\/\">millet flour<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/maka-ziemniaczana\/\">potato flour<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/maka-kukurydziana\/\">corn flour<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/maka-ryzowa\/\">rice flour<\/a>, amaranth flour, <a href=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/maka-kokosowa\/\">coconut flour<\/a>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/wypiekibeaty.com.pl\/skladniki\/migdaly\/\">almond flour<\/a>.
