Sour cherries are also beneficial for digestive health, as they contain fiber that supports digestion and prevents constipation.\n\nSour cherries can be enjoyed fresh or added to cakes, bundts, and muffins.\n\nIn Poland, sour cherry preserves are very popular\u2014mainly jams and confitures.
