Banana mug cake recipe with video
A recipe for a quick and very simple banana cake with chocolate, which you can prepare in the microwave.

- 1 banana (ripe - mine weighed 100 g)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 egg (size L)
- 1 tablespoon erythritol (or sugar)
- 50 g all-purpose flour (⅓ cup)
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- approx 30 g chocolate (chopped - optional)

How to make banana mug cake step by step
- Peel the banana, slice it, and mash thoroughly with a fork.1 banana
- Add oil, sugar, and egg to it - mix.1 tablespoon oil, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon erythritol
- Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon - mix.50 g all-purpose flour, 0.5 teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Add chocolate (if using) and mix.approx 30 g chocolate
- Place the mug with the cake in the microwave and bake for about 2 - 2.5 minutes (depends on your microwave's power - I baked the cake in a 900W microwave for 2.5 minutes) - check with a skewer to see if the cake is ready.
- After removing, let it cool slightly for 2 minutes and eat while still warm.
