How to make cheesecake with crumble step by step
Step 1 - preparations
Preheat the oven to 150℃ in top/bottom heat mode.
Line the baking pan with parchment paper, or grease it with butter and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs.
Step 2 - preparing the shortcrust pastry for the cheesecake base
Place all ingredients for the dough in a bowl - cut the butter into smaller pieces.
250 g all-purpose flour, 150 g butter, 50 g sugar, 1 egg
Mix or briefly knead the dough, so that it still retains a crumble form - it should be lumpy.
Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and press it into an even layer across the bottom.
Place the pan with the dough in the refrigerator while preparing the cheesecake.
Step 3 - preparing the vanilla cheesecake
Transfer the cream cheese into a large bowl, add eggs, both sugars, and pudding powder - blend briefly on low speed of the mixer - just until the ingredients are combined.
1 kg cream cheese for cheesecakes, 4 eggs, 200 g sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar, approx 40 g vanilla pudding
Add yogurt and blend briefly.
120 ml Greek yogurt
Pour the cheesecake mixture onto the chilled base.
