How to make cream cookies
Pour the flour into a bowl, add baking powder and add butter in pieces.

2 teaspoons baking powder,
125 g butter
Crumble like for streusel.
Pour in the cold heavy cream and knead the dough - it may be slightly sticky.
250 ml heavy cream
Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
After this time, divide the dough in half, place it on a floured surface and roll out thinly.
Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into strips about 2 cm wide, and then into pieces about 10 cm long.
Brush the top of the dough with a little water.
Transfer the sugar to a deep plate, coat the dough pieces in sugar, lightly twist, and arrange on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
100 g sugar
Bake the cookies at 170 degrees (fan mode) for approximately 10 minutes - until lightly browned.
Cool after baking.
