How to make healthy orange muffins step by step
Step 1 - preparations
Wash the oranges and zest their peel.

Squeeze the juice from the oranges and pour it into a measuring container in ml.
Preheat the oven to 200℃ (top/bottom heat mode).
Step 2 - preparing the muffins
To the orange juice in the measuring cup, add buttermilk until you have a total of 300 ml of liquid - mix.
approx 130 ml buttermilk
Pour wheat flour into a bowl, add the remaining dry ingredients and orange zest - mix.
250 g all-purpose flour,
2 teaspoons baking powder,
150 g sugar
Add the juice with buttermilk and mix with a spoon.
Add the egg and mix.

Add cranberries and mix.

Spoon the batter into the muffin liners.
Step 3 - baking the muffins
Place the muffins in a hot oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Cool the muffins after baking.
Step 4 - preparing the icing
Mix the powdered sugar with milk - add milk in portions.
approx 50 g powdered sugar,
approx 2 teaspoons milk
Lightly drizzle the muffins with icing.
