Set the bowl of batter aside for about 15 minutes – air bubbles should appear on the surface during this time.
Lightly grease a small frying pan and preheat over medium heat.
Pour the batter onto the pan and spread it out evenly.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook the omelet over low heat for a few minutes.
Carefully flip the omelet over, cover, and fry the other side for about 1–2 minutes.
Remove the omelet from the pan and serve with your favorite toppings.
