How to make forest bundt cake with fruit step by step
Step 1 - preparations
If you have frozen spinach, defrost it and drain excess water.
200 g spinach
Grease the bundt cake pan with butter and dust with flour.
Preheat the oven to 170℃ in convection mode.
Step 3 - preparing the wet ingredients
Transfer the spinach to a blender (or a tall bowl) and add oil, milk, and lemon juice.
100 ml oil,
60 ml milk,
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Add three eggs to the spinach and blend until smooth.

Step 3 - preparing the cake
Pour flour into a large bowl, add sugar and baking soda - mix the ingredients with a spoon.
300 g all-purpose flour,
200 g sugar,
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pour the blended wet ingredients into the flour.
Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon.
Add the fruit to the batter and mix with a spoon.

Transfer the batter to the prepared mold.
If you have pistachios, you can sprinkle the top of the cake with chopped nuts at the end, but it's not necessary.

Step 4 - baking the forest moss cake
Place the mold with the batter into the preheated oven and bake for about 55-60 minutes - until a skewer comes out clean.
Cool the cake after baking.
