How to make gingerbread brownie step by step
Step 1 – Prep
- Grease the baking pan with butter and dust with flour, or line with parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C) for convection, or 350°F (180°C) for conventional bake (top & bottom heat).
Step 2 – Make the Brownie Batter
- Place the butter and chopped chocolate in a medium saucepan.200 g butter, 200 g dark chocolate
- Heat gently until the butter melts and the chocolate softens, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the sugar.200 g sugar
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.3 eggs

- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Step 3 – Bake the Brownies
