How to make pistachio bundt cake step by step
Step 1 - preparations
Grease the bundt cake pan thoroughly with butter and dust with flour.
Preheat the oven to 170℃ (fan-assisted) or 180℃ (top/bottom heat mode).
Blend the pistachios finely - smaller pieces of nuts may remain.

Step 2 - preparing the pistachio bundt cake batter
Pour flour into a large bowl, add ground pistachios, sugar, and baking powder - mix with a spoon.
375 g all-purpose flour, 200 g sugar, 2.5 teaspoons baking powder
Crack eggs into a small bowl and whisk with a fork - pour into the bowl with dry ingredients.

Add oil and pour in milk in portions.
300 ml milk, 150 ml oil
Mix everything together with a spoon.
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
Step 3 - baking the pistachio bundt cake
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes - until a wooden skewer comes out clean.
After baking, remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
After this time, carefully transfer the cake to a plate and let it cool completely.
Step 4 - preparing the pistachio glaze
Pour the powdered sugar into a bowl and add the pistachio cream.
150 g powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon pistachio cream
Gradually pour in the milk and mix until you get a smooth and quite thick glaze.
approx. 3 tablespoons milk
Spread the glaze over the top of the bundt cake.
Finally, you can sprinkle the bundt cake with a little chopped pistachios.
