How to make protein no-bake cheesecakes step by step
Step 1 - preparations
Bring water for the jelly to a boil.
Prepare the dessert cups.
Step 2 - preparation of the cheesecakes
Pour the jelly powder into a bowl, add hot water to it and mix thoroughly so that the gelatin added to the jelly dissolves.
45 g fruit jelly, 120 ml water
Transfer the cheeses to a larger bowl.
300 g cottage cheese
Add the jelly to them - I added it hot - if there are any jelly remnants at the bottom, add them too.
Blend thoroughly with a blender until a relatively smooth mass is formed - you can now check the taste of the cheesecake and if you need to, you can add a little powdered sugar to it - I didn't add any.
Pour the cheesecakes into dessert glasses.
Step 3 - chilling
Immediately place the dessert glasses with cheesecakes in the refrigerator to set - for about 3 hours.
Before serving, you can additionally decorate the cheesecakes with fresh fruit.
