How to make quick honey cake step by step
Step 1 - preparations
Line the baking pan with baking paper or cling film.
Arrange one layer of biscuits on the bottom.
If you don't have ground nuts, blend them thoroughly into a powder.

Step 2 - preparing the dulce de leche cream for the honey cake
Transfer the soft butter to a large bowl.
375 g butter
Blend it on high speed with a mixer for at least five minutes - until the mixture becomes light in color and visibly fluffy.
Then reduce the mixer speed and, adding the dulce de leche mixture in portions, mix until combined.

Once you've added all the dulce de leche, turn off the mixer.
Add the ground nuts and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
Step 3 - assembling the cake
On the layer of biscuits in the pan, spread ⅕ of the cream and distribute it evenly.
Layer the second layer of biscuits and again ⅕ of the cream - you should have a total of 5 layers of biscuits and cream - finishing with cream.
approx 600 g biscuits
Blend about 50 g of biscuits into a fine powder and sprinkle them over the top of the cake.
Wrap the cake pan with cling film and place it in the refrigerator (or put it on the balcony) for the entire night, so that the biscuits soften.
Before serving, cut the cake into portions and place half a walnut on each piece.
