Line a muffin tin with paper liners - I used tall liners and got 12 muffins - if you have shorter liners, about 3-5 cm, you will get more muffins.
Preheat the oven to 180℃ (top/bottom heat mode) or 170℃ (fan-assisted mode).
Mix the flour with baking powder.
225 g all-purpose flour, 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
Step 2 - preparing muffins
Whisk the eggs with sugar until thick and very pale.
2 eggs, 100 g sugar
Add oil and mix briefly.
60 ml oil
Add dulce de leche and mix until combined.
200 g dulce de leche
Add about half of the flour and mix on low speed - just until combined.
Add yogurt and mix briefly.
240 ml Greek yogurt
Add the rest of the flour and mix briefly - just until combined.
Step 3 - baking muffins
Spoon the batter into the prepared cupcake liners - to about 3/4 full.
Add a teaspoon of dulce de leche mass on top of each muffin.
12 teaspoons dulce de leche
Bake the muffins in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes - until a toothpick comes out clean (baking time depends on the height of the cupcake liners used).
A glass has a capacity of 250 ml.See the notes below the recipe for possible substitutes for the ingredients used, or tips for the recipe. The recipe video is in Polish, but you can watch it to see the step-by-step process.
