300gall-purpose flour(2 cups)

How to make cookies with raspberries and chocolate – step-by-step instructions
Preheat the oven to 170℃ (fan-assisted).
Prepare two large baking sheets from the oven - line them with baking paper.
Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
300 g all-purpose flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking soda, 0.5 teaspoon salt
Add the melted butter to the sugar (I didn't cool it beforehand) and mix.
200 g sugar, 170 g butter
Add the egg and egg yolk and mix briefly.
1 egg, 1 egg yolk
Gradually add the flour in portions, mixing continuously - the dough will be very thick at the end.
Add the chopped chocolate and mix with a spoon.
100 g white chocolate
Add frozen raspberries and mix.
approx. 100 g raspberries
Scoop large portions of dough - I used an ice cream scoop.
Arrange cookies with space in between on a baking sheet.
How to bake cookies with raspberries and white chocolate?
Place the baking sheets with cookies into the preheated oven.
After about 7 minutes, swap the baking sheets and bake the cookies for another 5-6 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven - they will be very soft right after baking, so don't move them! Once they cool, they will slightly harden on the outside, and then you can remove them from the baking sheet.
