How to prepare the crumble topping for apple crumble?
In a large bowl, place the flour, add butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
200 g wheat flour - all-purpose, 100 g sugar, 120 g butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Briefly combine the ingredients to create a crumbly topping - I briefly mixed them with a food processor.
Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit.
Place the apple crumble dish into an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat mode) and bake for about 40-50 minutes - until the crumble topping is nicely golden and the fruit releases its juice.
Remove the hot crumble from the oven and let it cool slightly on a wire rack - for about 15 minutes.
After this time, you can serve the dessert.
