How to make nut brownie
Chop the chocolate and melt it with the oil - I heated it in the microwave - mix thoroughly.
150 g chocolate,
3 tablespoons oil
Add sugar and flour to the chocolate - mix.
100 g sugar,
75 g wheat flour - all-purpose
Whisk the eggs with milk and pour into the chocolate mixture - mix.
2 eggs,
2 tablespoons milk
Transfer the dough to a pan greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Dollop the nut cream on top, then lightly swirl it into the dough with a knife.
6 teaspoons nut cream
Sprinkle the top of the brownie with chopped nuts.
1 handful nuts
Bake at 180 degrees (top-bottom mode) for approximately 25 minutes - until a toothpick inserted comes out clean).
After baking, cool.
Uwagi
You can alternately use peanut butter here and sprinkle the top of the cake with chopped pistachios.
