- 150 g chocolate (dark)
- 3 tablespoons oil (I used unrefined Allnutrition coconut oil)
- 2 eggs (size L)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 100 g sugar (- half a cup)
- 75 g wheat flour – all-purpose (- half a cup)
- 6 teaspoons nut cream (I used Crispy Hazelnut from Allnutrition)
- 1 handful nuts (hazelnuts, chopped)

How to make nut brownie
- Chop the chocolate and melt it with the oil – I heated it in the microwave – mix thoroughly.150 g chocolate, 3 tablespoons oil
- Add sugar and flour to the chocolate – mix.100 g sugar, 75 g wheat flour – all-purpose
- Whisk the eggs with milk and pour into the chocolate mixture – mix.2 eggs, 2 tablespoons milk
- Transfer the dough to a pan greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
- Dollop the nut cream on top, then lightly swirl it into the dough with a knife.6 teaspoons nut cream
- Sprinkle the top of the brownie with chopped nuts.1 handful nuts
- Bake at 180 degrees (top-bottom mode) for approximately 25 minutes – until a toothpick inserted comes out clean).
- After baking, cool.

Crunchy nutty brownie crispy hazelnut – notes
My husband recently competed in a 150 km mountain race (OMG), so I had to prepare him an adequate caloric reserve ;)
I went for chocolate and baked him an intensely chocolatey brownie crispy hazelnut.
I borrowed the name for this brownie from the Allnutrition nut cream that I added to the brownie.
Nutlove Crispy Hazelnut is a delicious nut cream with white chocolate flakes and hazelnut pieces.
It does not contain palm oil or white sugar, so not only is it delicious, but it’s also healthier than regular chocolate-nut creams.

How to make brownie with hazelnuts – tips
The nutty brownie itself is very simple and quick to make – you don’t even need to get out a mixer.
Just melt the chocolate with oil (I used unrefined Allnutrition coconut oil here) and mix with the remaining ingredients.
I melted the chocolate in the microwave – first I heated it for a minute, stirred it, and put it back for another 30 seconds.
If you don’t have a microwave, melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Pour 2-3 cm of water into the bottom of a pot, place a heatproof bowl on top, and put the chopped chocolate and oil into it.
Boil the water, and the steam will heat and melt the chocolate.
Instead of nut cream, you can also use peanut butter and sprinkle the top of the brownie with peanuts.
In this flavor version, the brownie with nuts will be just as delicious!
