Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal provisions, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose, among others, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
Personal data provided in the form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.
Personal Data
- The User (Entity using the functionalities of the Website, hereinafter referred to as the User) has the right to provide their personal data to the Administrator by filling in the forms available on the Website – e.g., a free newsletter subscription form, as well as by other means for the purpose of fulfilling orders and offered services.
- The Website Administrator is also the Administrator of the User’s personal data.
- Data provided in the free newsletter subscription form are processed for the purpose of sending the User periodic email messages about news on the Website.
- Data provided for the purpose of orders and offered services are processed for the correct execution of activities resulting from the contract and for generating and sending VAT invoices.
- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the goal of sending and operating the newsletter.
- The Administrator does not share the provided personal data with other entities and guarantees their confidentiality and protection against unauthorized access. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. Your personal data will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, for purposes other than what is necessary for the functioning of the site, e.g., adding a comment, sending a newsletter, resolving a contest, etc.
- The User has the right to access their personal data, change them, request their deletion or restriction of further processing, as well as to object to processing, withdraw consent for further processing of the submitted personal data. The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding the processing of their personal data.
- Access to data can be obtained through the “My data” tab. By entering their e-mail address there, the User will receive a link to a page showing all information collected by the Administrator under the provided e-mail address.

Cookies and other technologies
- The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.

Based on this, Google ads appear on the blog, which may be tailored to the User’s interests.
- The Website also uses technology tracking actions taken by the User within the site – Facebook conversion pixel – it is used to manage Facebook ads and conduct remarketing activities.
Server Logs
- Information about certain User behaviors, e.g., sending comments, is saved in the server logs where the Website is stored.
- Logs include, among others, the time and date of the action, the User’s IP address, and information about the operating system and web browser.
- This data is not associated with specific individuals using the Website’s functionalities and is not used to identify them. It is used solely for the proper management of the Website and the operation of hosting services.
- The content of server logs is not shared with anyone, except for persons authorized to manage the server.
Affiliate Links
The Wypieki Beaty website may contain affiliate marketing in its posts, which has tracking links embedded in the page. If you click on an affiliate link, a cookie will be placed in your browser to track any purchases made from that link.

“Wypieki Beaty” Mobile Application

It collects anonymous data about how the application is used (e.g., screens viewed, session time, error reports), which helps us improve its performance.
-  Comments: The User has the option to voluntarily add a comment to a recipe. This requires providing a name (or pseudonym) and an e-mail address. This data is sent and processed by the wypiekibeaty.com.pl website server solely for the purpose of publishing opinions and is not made public (except for the name).
- Permissions: The application requires internet access to download recipes and display ads.
