Instrukcja
How to make cheesecake with powdered milk
Put water in a kettle to boil for a water bath.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat mode).
Transfer the egg yolks to a large bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar, and mix until the mixture is white and very thick.
200 g sugar,
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar,
6 egg yolks
Add quark cheese to the egg yolks - in portions and mix well.
1 kg quark cheese
Add the pudding powders, pour in the oil and milk - mix until combined - the mixture will be thin.
2 packages pudding
Pour in the powdered milk and mix thoroughly.
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they are white and very thick.
6 egg whites
Add the egg whites to the quark mixture and gently mix with a spoon.
Line a baking pan approximately 20/30 cm in size with baking paper.
Wrap the pan from the outside with several layers of aluminum foil.
Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pan and place it in a second, larger pan (I placed it on a deep baking sheet from the oven)
Carefully pour hot water into the larger baking sheet.
Bake the cheesecake for about 1.5 hours.
After this time, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside.
Remove the pan from the water bath.
Store the cake in the refrigerator to chill - I like to leave it overnight.
Before serving, sprinkle the cheesecake with powdered sugar, or drizzle with chocolate glaze.
