Add chopped chocolate to the hot butter and stir until it melts.

Add cherry jam (it can also be cherry preserve) and mix with a spoon.

Add sugar to the chocolate and mix.
100 g sugar
Add flour and baking powder and mix.
150 g wheat flour - all-purpose, 2 teaspoons baking powder
Add the eggs and mix thoroughly.

Transfer the batter to the prepared muffin liners and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (top-bottom heat) for approximately 25 minutes - until a skewer comes out clean.
Cool the muffins after baking.
How to make chocolate glaze
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan.
50 ml heavy cream
Once hot, add the broken chocolate to it and stir until completely melted.
100 g milk chocolate
Set aside the glaze to cool and thicken slightly.
Spread the chocolate over the tops of the muffins.
