How to make chocolate panna cotta
Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert.
Soak the gelatin in a little water and set aside to swell.

Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan and heat - when air bubbles start to appear along the sides, remove the saucepan from the heat.
250 ml cream
Briefly heat the gelatin and add it to the warm heavy cream - mix thoroughly.
Add the broken chocolate and stir until it dissolves.
100 g milk chocolate
Pour the mixture into 4 glasses and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours - until the mixture sets.
How to make coffee panna cotta
Soak the gelatin in a little water and set aside to swell.
2 teaspoons gelatin
Prepare a double espresso - mine yielded 100 ml.
80-100 ml espresso
Add powdered sugar to the coffee and mix.
2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Pour heavy cream into the coffee and mix.
250 ml heavy cream
Briefly heat the gelatin, add a little coffee cream to it and mix.
Pour the gelatin into the rest of the cream and mix thoroughly.
Pour the coffee mixture over the chocolate panna cotta - you can pour it through a sieve to remove any gelatin pieces.
Refrigerate the glasses with the dessert again so that the top layer sets.
Before serving, you can additionally decorate the desserts with grated chocolate or whipped cream.
