Blend the biscuits or crush them with a mallet into a fine powder.
200 g biscuits
Break the chocolate into pieces, add butter and melt together - e.g., in the microwave.
50 g chocolate, 80 g butter
Add the chocolate with butter to the biscuits and mix.
Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan - up to 30 cm in diameter (mine was smaller, which is why I have a thicker layer of biscuits on the bottom).
Place the pan in the refrigerator.
In a saucepan, heat about half of the 350 ml heavy cream.
350 ml heavy cream
Add the broken chocolate and stir until it melts.
250 g dark chocolate
Whip the remaining heavy cream until stiff, then add it to the chocolate mixture and gently combine.
Spread the chocolate cream over the biscuit base and chill the tart in the refrigerator for several hours.
Before serving, spread Stovit strawberry and mint preserves over the chocolate cream.
1 jar Preserves
Whip 150 ml heavy cream with powdered sugar - until it forms thick whipped cream.
150 ml heavy cream, 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Spread the cream on top of the tart.
You can additionally decorate it with grated chocolate.
