In a pot, boil water with sugar, salt, and butter.
250 ml water, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 pinch salt, 60 g butter
When the butter melts, add flour and stir until a thick dough forms.
150 g wheat flour - all-purpose
Let the dough cool.
Add eggs to the dough one by one and mix after each addition.
3 eggs
Transfer the dough to a thick piping bag - preferably with a star tip - if you don't have a piping tip, cut off a corner to create an opening about 1 cm in diameter.
Heat the fat to a temperature of about 180 degrees.
1 liter oil
Pipe the dough into the hot oil - help yourself by cutting the dough with a knife.
Fry until the churros are browned on both sides - this will take a few minutes in total.
Remove the churros onto a paper towel and drain.
Immediately transfer to a bowl with sugar mixed with cinnamon and coat thoroughly.
50-60 g sugar, 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
How to make chocolate sauce for churros
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream.
100 ml heavy cream
When air bubbles start to appear along the sides, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the broken chocolate.
100 g milk chocolate
Stir until the chocolate melts.
Pour the hot sauce into a bowl and serve immediately with warm churros.

Uwagi
I provide an approximate caloric value for 100 g of churros - their final caloric value depends on how much fat they absorb. The caloric value is for the churros themselves - without chocolate sauce. The recipe video is in Polish, but you can watch it to see the step-by-step process.
