A recipe for a delicious autumn cheesecake with cinnamon and apples.

- 4 eggs ( - I used size L)
- 3 tablespoons wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.5 cup natural yogurt

- 0.5 kg apples ( - peeled and cut into small cubes)
- 1.5 tablespoons potato starch
- 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- optional ( - a little sugar)

How to make cheesecake crust
- Prepare shortcrust pastry - combine all ingredients to create a crumble.300 g wheat flour, 170 g butter, 100 g sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 egg yolks
- Line a baking pan of about 20/30 cm with baking paper.
- Transfer about 2/3 of the dough and press it into the bottom of the pan.
- Pre-bake the crust at 180 degrees (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the quark cheese mixture.
How to make cinnamon cheesecake with apples
- Blend together quark cheese, eggs, sugar, flour, natural yogurt, and cinnamon.1 kg quark cheese, 150 g sugar, 4 eggs, 3 tablespoons wheat flour, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 0.5 cup natural yogurt
- Pour the mixture onto the pre-baked crust.
- Mix the chopped apples with cinnamon and potato starch - if the apples are tart, you can add a little sugar to them.0.5 kg apples, 1.5 tablespoons potato starch, 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon, optional
- Spread the apples on top of the cheesecake mixture, and then spread the remaining dough on top of them.
- Bake at 180 degrees (top/bottom heat) for about 45-50 minutes.
- After baking, cool the cake.
- Chill the cake for several hours in the refrigerator.
- When serving, drizzle the top of the cake with caramel sauce :)
Uwagi
Use good, thick, and fatty quark cheese! Runny and watery quark cheese will not hold the apples and crumble, and everything may sink!
I highly recommend Piątnica or Mój Ulubiony quark cheese in a bucket. You can also use fatty or semi-fatty block quark cheese, ground twice.
