How to make coleslaw step by step
Finely chop the cabbage, add salt and mix.
500 g white cabbage,
0.5 teaspoon salt
Peel the carrot and grate it on a fine grater.

Cut the onion into small cubes.
0.5 onion
Add carrots and onion to the cabbage.
Add mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar, pepper and lemon juice – mix thoroughly.
2 slightly heaped tablespoons mayonnaise,
2 heaped tablespoons Greek yogurt,
1 tablespoon sugar,
1 teaspoon lemon juice,
0.5 teaspoon pepper
If necessary, you can lightly salt the salad.
Put the coleslaw in the fridge to chill and let the flavors meld.
Serve the coleslaw chilled.
