How to make crema al caffe dessert
Prepare espresso coffee and immediately add sugar to the hot coffee - mix thoroughly.
approx 60 ml coffee,
approx 40 g powdered sugar
Put the coffee in the fridge to chill thoroughly.
Whip the cold heavy cream until stiff.
200 ml heavy cream
Add the cold coffee to the whipped cream.
Gently mix the cream.
Transfer the cream to prepared glasses and serve immediately.
