Sift the flour through a sieve together with the baking powder.
200 g wheat flour - all-purpose, 1 teaspoon baking powder
Add eggs one by one to the butter mixture and mix until combined.

Add lemon zest or extract and gradually add the flour in two portions - mix briefly, just until the ingredients are combined.

Grease the baking pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Spread the dough into the pan. Pushing the dough from the center towards the edges, so that it is thicker at the edges and "climbs" up the sides of the pan.
Fill the created hollow with fruit jelly - I used Forest Fruits.

Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (top-bottom mode) and bake for approximately 45 minutes - until a dry skewer comes out clean.
