Instrukcja
Step 1 - preparing the cake with oil
Sift together the wheat flour and baking powder through a sieve.
250 g wheat flour - all-purpose,
2 teaspoons baking powder
Mix together eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until a thick and very light mixture is obtained.
4 eggs,
200 g sugar,
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
Add part of the flour to the beaten eggs and mix briefly.
Pour in the oil and mix on low speed.
80 ml rapeseed oil
Add the rest of the flour and mix briefly - just until combined.
Step 2 - baking the cake
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the surface.
Place the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees (top-bottom mode) and bake for about 35 minutes - until a dry stick comes out.
Cool the finished cake.
Step 3 - preparing the cream for the cake
Transfer the mascarpone cheese, cream, and powdered sugar to a larger bowl.
250 g mascarpone cheese,
250 ml heavy cream,
approx 60 g powdered sugar
Mix together on high speed until you get a thick cream.
Check its sweetness and if needed, add a little more sugar and mix briefly.
Step 4 - decorating the cake
Spread the whipped cream over the cake and distribute it evenly over the entire surface.
Wash the strawberries for the cake and remove the stems.
approx 400-500 g strawberries
Cut larger fruits into slices, and smaller strawberries can simply be cut in half or quarters.
Sprinkle the top of the cream with strawberries.
Sprinkle the cake with washed blueberries or other small fruits.

Finally, sprinkle the cake with meringues - if you have larger meringues, you can lightly crush them.
