How to make tiramisu without eggs
Briefly soak the ladyfingers in cooled coffee (mine with a hint of almond extract and sweetened with a teaspoon of erythritol).
2 ladyfingers,

Place one of the ladyfingers at the bottom of a glass - break it into smaller pieces.
Spread half of the skyr over the ladyfinger (if you are using natural skyr, sweeten it slightly beforehand - e.g., with erythritol).
1 package skyr
Lightly dust the skyr with bitter cocoa.

Place the second ladyfinger and the rest of the skyr.
Dust the entire thing with bitter cocoa.
