How to make sesame pretzels
Heat the milk together with water to lukewarm temperature.
200 ml milk,
60 ml water
Crumble the yeast and add to the water with milk, add a teaspoon of sugar and mix,
20 g fresh yeast,
3 teaspoons sugar
Cover the starter with a towel and set aside for about 15 minutes.
In a bowl, place the flour, the rest of the sugar, a pinch of salt, and olive oil.
500 g wheat flour ,

Pour in the yeast starter and knead the dough.
Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and set aside in a warm place to rise - for about an hour.
Briefly knead the risen dough and divide it into 6 equal parts.
Form them into balls, then make a hole in the center of each with your fingers and gently stretch the dough until it takes the shape of a ring.
Cover the pretzels with a towel and set aside for half an hour to rise.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190 degrees - top-bottom mode.
Brush the risen pretzels with egg mixed with two tablespoons of milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
