Mix the flour with baking soda and add to the butter mixture - mix on low speed.

Take heaped teaspoons of the dough, lightly press it in your hands, place a marshmallow in the center, and then lightly cover it with dough to form a ball with the marshmallow inside.
Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet with spaces between them, as they will spread a bit during baking.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius (fan mode) for about 15 minutes - after 10 minutes, I swapped the baking sheets.
Immediately after baking, the cookies are soft - that's how they should be - they will harden slightly as they cool.
