A recipe for a delicious and easy-to-prepare chocolate tart with a mascarpone cream filling. The tart is made on an Oreo cookie base, which are crushed and mixed with melted butter. You can replace these cookies with any chocolate sandwich cookies and prepare a delicious cake for your family and guests :)
Crush the cookies thoroughly, or blend them into a fine powder.
approx 180 g Oreo cookies
Add butter to the cookies and mix together.
60 g butter
Line the sides and bottom of the mold with the cookie mixture (you can grease it beforehand with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or, for example, ground almonds).
Put the mold in the fridge while preparing the cream.
How to make mascarpone cream for the tart
In a large bowl, place the very cold mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar, pour in the very cold heavy cream, and blend until a smooth and thick cream is formed.
250 g mascarpone cheese, 125 ml heavy cream, 50 g powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla
Spread the cream onto the cookie base and put it in the fridge.
How to make chocolate glaze
Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
200 g chocolate
Pour hot heavy cream over it and stir until melted - if not all the chocolate melts, you can briefly heat it in the microwave.
125 ml heavy cream
Slightly cool the glaze and pour it over the top of the tart.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Before serving, you can additionally decorate the cake with, for example, chocolate sprinkles.
