Mascarpone tart without baking

Recipe for a simple tart with mascarpone cream and Oreo cookies
Today I have a sensational no-bake mascarpone tart made on an Oreo cookie base. Such a tart is a quick and very tasty dessert. The Oreo cookie base can be easily prepared by crushing the cookies and mixing them with melted butter. The filling is mascarpone cheese combined with powdered sugar and vanilla, which literally melts in your mouth. Finally, the entire cake is covered with a thick layer of chocolate glaze and chilled in the refrigerator. Oreo tart is a perfect cake for Easter – especially when you have little time for preparations. You must try this recipe!

Chocolate tart with Oreo – notes
My today’s no-bake chocolate cake is a great idea for a simple yet delicious dessert.
The cake does not require baking, so it will be ideal for people who do not have access to an oven, or whose appliance has just broken down.
It’s also a great idea for a cake on warm days when we don’t really feel like heating up the house further with a hot oven.
The cake itself is prepared from basic ingredients available in virtually every store, and certainly in every discount store.
I additionally decorated my tart with chocolate eggs and Oreo cookies at the end – thanks to this, the cake gained a more Easter character :)
Be sure to try my recipe for mascarpone cream tart and let me know in the comments how you liked it.
And here are some of my tips useful before preparing the tart.
How to make a cookie crust for a cake?
The cake base is made from Oreo cookies, but that doesn’t mean you can only use them.
Neo cookies available at Lidl or any sandwich cookies – shortcrust cookies with cream filling – will easily replace them. For the base, we blend whole cookies – with the cream inside – and finally add melted butter. We line the tart pan with the prepared cookies.
I recommend a tart pan with a removable bottom, or one with a detachable rim – then it will be easier to cut and serve the cake.
To make it easier to remove the cake from the mold, I recommend greasing it beforehand with a little butter and sprinkling with breadcrumbs or, for example, ground almonds.

How to make mascarpone cream?
To make mascarpone cream, you need to chill mascarpone cheese and heavy cream in the refrigerator beforehand. For the cake, I used liquid 30% cream and mixed it with the cheese and powdered sugar. I used relatively little sugar for the cream so that my mascarpone tart wouldn’t be too sweet. And it turned out to be super sweet anyway, thanks to the chocolate glaze.
And that’s because I made it with milk chocolate :)
It’s been a long time since I made such a sweet cake, and maybe that’s why it disappeared from the fridge in no time :)
If you’re not a fan of overly sweet cakes, you can use half milk and half dark chocolate for the chocolate glaze, or even opt for dark chocolate only. In this case, it’s worth mixing it with a slightly larger amount of heavy cream – about 150-200 ml.

How many calories does chocolate mascarpone tart have?
Well, this cake has quite a few calories.
But it’s no surprise, since I used practically only high-calorie ingredients here ;)
Oreo cookies, butter, mascarpone, heavy cream, and chocolate are all very high in calories.
100 g of mascarpone cream tart has a little over 400 kcal – I provide the calorie count for the products I used.
But this is the calorie count for 100 g; the whole tart is about 12-15 servings of less than one hundred grams.
Anyway, from time to time you can eat such a high-calorie cake without guilt. After all, you can’t deny yourself everything your whole life ;)
I burn excess calories in the forest – on a long walk with my dog, or by running.
And what are your ways to burn calories?

Chocolate Mascarpone Tart Recipe
This no-bake chocolate tart with an Oreo crust is a deliciously decadent and easy-to-make treat for anyone who loves sweets. For the base, I used crunchy Oreo cookies, which pair beautifully with the mascarpone filling to create a rich, velvety texture. To top it all off, the tart is smothered in an incredibly delicious, glossy chocolate ganache made from milk chocolate and heavy cream.
To prepare it, the Oreo cookies are finely crushed and mixed with melted butter, then pressed into the bottom of a tart pan. The mascarpone—a delicate, mild Italian cream cheese—is whipped with powdered sugar and vanilla. Next, a splash of heavy cream is added to achieve that perfectly smooth consistency. This luscious cream filling is then spread evenly over the Oreo crust.
