How to make pistachio tiramisu step by step
Step 1 - prepare the coffee
Pour about 2 teaspoons of instant coffee and a teaspoon of sugar with 150 ml of hot water, mix and cool completely (you can also make coffee in a coffee machine).

Step 2 - prepare the pistachio cream
Transfer the chilled mascarpone, heavy cream, and pistachio cream to a bowl.
250 g mascarpone cheese, 100 g pistachio cream, 100 ml heavy cream
Blend briefly - just until combined into a smooth and slightly fluffy mass.
Step 3 – make the tiramisu dessert
Soak the ladyfingers in the cooled coffee and, if necessary, break them in half to fit into the glass.

Arrange one layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pistachio cream over the ladyfingers.
Sprinkle the cream with a small amount of chopped pistachios.

Place a second layer of sponge fingers on top, then spread the cream over them and add the pistachios.
Step 4 – chill the tiramisu
Refrigerate the dessert for a few hours so the sponge fingers can soften from the cream.
