How to make tiramisu with pumpkin puree
Whisk the heavy cream until thick.
500 ml heavy cream
Mix the mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, and spices.
500 g mascarpone cheese,
150 g powdered sugar,
approx 250 g pumpkin puree,
1 teaspoon cinnamon,
0.5 teaspoon gingerbread spice
Add the whipped cream to the cheese and gently mix with a spatula.
Dip the ladyfingers one by one in coffee and arrange one layer at the bottom of a large dish (mine is about 120/30 cm).

Spread about half of the cream over the ladyfingers and sprinkle the top with bitter cocoa (you can also grate dark chocolate).
Layer the second layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers.
Apply the rest of the cream and sprinkle with cocoa.

Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours - so that the ladyfingers soften slightly from the cream.
