Add the rest of the flour and mix briefly - just until combined. The batter will be thick - if it seems too thick, add a little more yogurt or some milk.
Transfer the batter to a thick piping bag and cut off a corner.
Grease the donut pan with butter and dust with flour.
Using the piping bag, pipe the donut batter into the mold.
Bake the coffee donuts in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat mode) for about 10 minutes - until a skewer comes out clean.
Carefully remove the donuts and place them on a wire rack to cool.
Lightly grease the mold again with butter and dust with flour, pipe out the second batch of donuts and bake as before.
Dip the cooled donuts in coffee glaze - mix powdered sugar with coffee - add coffee gradually and mix the glaze thoroughly. It should be slightly runny to nicely coat the donuts.
approx. 300 g powdered sugar, approx. 120 ml coffee

A glass has a capacity of 250 ml.The donuts themselves are not very sweet, so glazing them is almost a necessity. You can also add a little more sugar to the batter to make the donuts sweeter. The recipe video is in Polish, but you can watch it to see the step-by-step process.
