Finally, add the chopped chocolate and mix with a spatula.
100-150 g chocolate
Scoop portions of dough with a spoon and roll them into walnut-sized balls in your hands.
Arrange the cookies on a large baking sheet (leave space between them).
Gently flatten the cookies with your hand.
Place the baking sheet with gingerbread cookies into the oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat mode) and bake for about 15 minutes (if baking two sheets at once, you can swap their positions halfway through baking).
The cookies will still be slightly soft immediately after baking, so do not remove them right away. They will become crispy after cooling.
