How to make spinach cake with whipped cream
Put spinach, yogurt, eggs, oil, and lemon juice into a bowl or blender.
150 g spinach,
3 eggs,
200 g yogurt,
60 ml oil,
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Blend until smooth.
Mix the flour with baking powder.
300 g wheat flour - all-purpose,
2 teaspoons baking powder,
150 g sugar
Add the wet ingredients to the flour and mix with a spoon.
Pour the batter into the mold and level the surface.
Place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees (convection) and bake for approximately 30 minutes - until a dry stick comes out clean.
After baking, cool the cake.
Cut off the slightly convex part of the cake with a knife.
Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar into a thick whipped cream.
300 ml heavy cream,
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Spread the whipped cream over the cake.
Crumble the cut-off cake thoroughly, or blend it into small pieces.
Sprinkle the top of the cake with crumbs.
