How to make strawberry blondie cake

• Cream the butter with sugar until fluffy (if you use powdered sugar, it will be much faster).
  200 g butter, 150 g sugar
  
• Add the egg and lemon juice to the butter - mix briefly.
  1 egg, 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  
• Add milk and mix briefly.
  60 ml milk
  
• Combine the flour with baking powder and add in portions to the butter mixture - mix briefly - just until combined (some flour remnants may still be visible).
  300 g wheat flour - all-purpose, 0.5 teaspoons baking powder
  
• Add the chopped strawberries and gently mix.
  approx. 200 g strawberries
  
• Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
  
• Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius (fan-assisted) for about 35 minutes - until a skewer comes out clean.
• After baking, let the cake cool.
