How to make donuts with homogenized cheese step by step
Pour oil into a large, wide pot or a pan with high sides - I used a pan with a diameter of about 28 cm - heat to a temperature of about 175 degrees Celsius.
about 1 l oil
In a bowl, mix the homogenized cheese with the egg - they should be at room temperature.
2 packages homogenized cheese, 1 egg
Add flour, baking powder, and sugar to the bowl - mix with a spoon.
After mixing, the dough will be sticky and light - if the dough is too thick, add a little milk.
Pour a little oil onto a flat plate, touch the palm of your hand to the oil, and then spread a thin layer on both hands.
Scoop heaped portions of dough with a teaspoon, then roll the dough into balls with greased hands - place them immediately into the hot oil.
The mini donuts should float relatively freely, then they will turn themselves during frying.
Remove the fried mini donuts and drain them on a paper towel.
Immediately after frying, the donuts are slightly firm on the outside, but when you coat them in powdered sugar, they will soften nicely.

If you don't have a kitchen thermometer, heat the oil and drop a small piece of dough into it. If it immediately starts frying, it means the oil is at the right temperature. If the mini donuts are frying too quickly, reduce the heat under the pot.1 cup = 250 ml
